Frank.D Edens – CEO of USLegal, Inc. oversees Law Support work performed by USLegal. He has been an attorney since 1984 and is a Graduate of Ole Miss Law School. He practices law for 20 years before forming USLegal, Inc. and U.S. Legal Forms, Inc.
Tariq Hafeez – President, coordinates work between US and India Attorneys. He is a pacticing Attorney and has undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Michigan. While employed by Dickinson Wright PLLC,a premier Detroit law firm, he gained significant experience in Business Law specializing in areas of Commercial Real Estate and Finance. As an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Michigan, Mr.Hafeez excelled as a trial lawyer.
Tariq Akbar – CEO of LegalEase Solutions LLC. He holds an undergraduate Engineering Degree from Anna University, a top engineering school in Asia, and a Masters Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Engineering from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in New York. He has worked with General Electric, USA, Rockwell Engineering, India, and Deloitte and Touche, USA as a Management Consultant with a wide range of experience on projects relating to business process reengineering, outsourcing and management of offshore resources. Christopher J. Crawford – Director of Legal Services. He has a bachelor’s degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook in English Literature and a law degree from New York Law School. Christopher is licensed to practice law in New York, Arizona and Michigan as well as Federal District Court for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Christopher has broad civil litigation experience in the areas of insurance defense, insurance coverage, personal injury, family law and appellate practice and has over ninety published appellate decisions in New York.
David Ashamalla – Business Development. He has a bachelor’s from the University of Illinois in Champaign-Urbana in Economics and a law degree from DePaul University College of Law in Chicago. David has worked in personal injury law in the Chicago market and was one of the first employees to help build the international brand Vitaminwater. David has broad civil litigation experience in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and family law. During his time at the DePaul College of Law, he also worked on three capital cases for the Center for Justice in Capital Cases. At DePaul, David was a member of the International Law Society, as well as Phi Alpha Delta.
Neil Gandhi – Staff Attorney. He has a B.A. in Economics and in History from New York University and a J.D. from Fordham Law School. Neil is admitted to the bar in New York and New Jersey. He has vast experience in securities litigation and anti-trust law and has also previously worked in the financial industry.
